Sycamore (Year 3/4)
Welcome to Sycamore Class.
Children in Sycamore are taught by both Mrs Wade (Mon-Wed) and Miss Turvey (Thurs-Fri). During the week, we also have the support of Mrs Elstob and Mr Joyce.
As their teachers, we aim to support the development of your child for the ever-changing world we live in. We encourage them to take responsibility for their choices, guide their growing independence and resilience whilst continuing to foster their love of learning and pursuit of new skills, talents, abilities and interests. Our classroom combines high expectations with an ambitious and inspiring curriculum content which enables every child to learn and for their achievements to be both recognised and celebrated. Within every lesson, we aim to provide them with opportunities to showcase their hard working attitude, demonstrate their ability to embrace challenges and instil values which will enable them to succeed today, tomorrow and in the future – whatever path they choose.
